Inclusive activities

LISKO regularly offers various activities with the help of trained volunteers to prevent the social isolation of beneficiaries of international protection and beneficiaries of temporary protection and to meet their need to establish a foothold among the resident population.

Among the activities organised by the department are:

  • creative workshops (cooking, sewing or painting)
  • well-being activities (yoga or Tai Chi classes)
  • visits to Luxembourg (walks, guided tours or shows)

A mentoring programme has also been set up, under which a beneficiary is put in touch with a volunteer to help them with various tasks and activities, such as finding a job or accommodation, improving their language skills or visiting and walking around the country.
