Lët’z Work+: significant results driving a new phase of the project

01 April 2026

Since its launch in January 2024, the Lët’z Work+ project, led by the Migrants and Refugees Service, has established itself as a key driver in improving access to employment for applicants for international protection. Building on concrete results and strong partner engagement, the project is now entering a new phase for 2026–2027.

In just over two years, Lët’z Work+ has already supported 577* participants through 85 workshops and conducted 197 skills assessments. Individual follow-up has enabled 139 people to benefit from 560 hours of coaching, strengthening both their employability and confidence. The project also relies on a committed network, with 32 partner companies having signed the project’s charter.

Building on these results, the project will continue in 2026–2027 with adjusted objectives but an unchanged ambition. Core workshops will continue, enriched with new thematic sessions that are already proving successful among participants. Supported by the Ministry of Labour and co-funded by the European Union, Lët’z Work+ continues to build concrete bridges towards employment and inclusion.
