Once again this year, we are heading to Wehe-den Hoorn/Groningen to the “Energiek” house located in the far north of the Netherlands. This former farm has been specially adapted to meet the needs of groups. Comfortable bedrooms and common areas, a large fully equipped kitchen for cooking together, and a vast meadow behind the house invite you to enjoy friendly moments.
Wehe-den Hoorn is a typical village in West Friesland, with its canals, characteristic windmills and – as you would expect – kilometres of cycling paths. The village is only 10 kilometres away from the Wadden Sea, easily accessible by bike.
Its ideal location offers countless bike rides, unique kayaking tours and exceptional excursions. One of the highlights of this holiday will undoubtedly be a mudflat hiking tour, where you can observe all kinds of crabs, shells and fish – and with a bit of luck, a few seals.
A perfect mix for young, sporty adventurers.
