Over the next two days, we’ll be looking at communication. Did you know that 80% of our communication is not about words, but rather about our attitude? Whether in a one-to-one conversation, in a group or even just with yourself, communication isn’t just about the weather. Together, we’ll be thinking about how to listen, gesture, speak, argue, communicate and, at the same time, treat ourselves and others with respect.
We’ll also look at the role of our body language in all this. Communication also plays an essential role in the care of creative children. That’s why, in the second part of the course, we’ll look at subjects such as ADHD, hyperactivity, arguments and isolation. How do you manage a child’s crises as a monitor and how do you use communication to defuse situations? We’ll try to answer these questions and many more during this training course.
This training is given in Luxembourgish. It is necessary to understand and speak this language to take part.
