Kannerhaus Jean is a therapy centre supporting children with psychological and behavioural problems and their families.

The children’s therapy is generally conducted through a “medium”, e.g. animals, art, puppets, etc.

These media help make the children recognize as well as confront their problems. This facilitates contact with the child and the proper course of therapy.

The parents are counselled through individual and family meetings, support groups, and training, as well as education to guide and support them.

How is my donation used ?

Your donation to the Therapy Centre Kannerhaus Jean enables the Luxembourg Red Cross to support and help distressed children and their families to return to a normal life.

Your donations support the purchase and upkeep of the animals, puppets and other media. Your donations enable sport activities such as climbing and other outdoor activities which contribute to their therapies.
