Living space

The CIPA has 100 rooms in total. The residents have the choice between rooms with panoramic windows or rooms with balconies. Couples can choose a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The rooms can either come furnished or be furnished by the resident. This way, residents can bring their own furniture and personal objects and feel more at home.

Adapted facilities are offered for those with pets.

The rooms offered by the retirement home are modern and bright . Residents are equipped with their own bathrooms. They also have :

  • built in wardrobes with a fridge and a safe
  • a television cable
  • a phone
  • Internet access
  • an alarm system which enables the residents to receive help when feeling ill

In addition, household needs and laundry will be taken care of at the residents’ request.

Common rooms, a winter garden, lounges, and other facilities are located near the apartments, making get-togethers easy. These spaces enable the residents to meet each other or to receive family and/or friends.
